Purpose of Donation

Any contribution promoting the cause of Lord Sri Krishna yields infinite returns. So donate generously and we assure you that every bit of your donation is used in the service of Lord Sri Krishna and for the propagation of this Krishna Consciousness movement. A few activities are mentioned below:

1. Sunday Love Feast: Each Sunday, the general public relish the feast organized by ISKCON Ghaziabad.
2. Book Distribution and Prasad Distribution: Spiritual books and Prasadam is distributed for the benefit of human society.

Donations/payments Through the Online Payments Feature on this Site.
If you wish to donate/pay through the site, you will be asked to supply certain information. We do not accept anonymous donations/payments. You agree that all information that you provide to ISKCON will be accurate, complete, and current. Once you donate / pay, you agree to fully complete and fulfill the obligations that arise out of your participation in donations/payments on the Site. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanisms at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, to ISKCON, through its Bankers / Credit Card Companies. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, if any.

ISKCON currently accepts the following through its Online Payment Gateway Facility

1) Donations for various charitable/religious purposes/festivals
2) Payments / Donations towards ISKCON Books.
3) Donations for Corpus account

Please note donations/payments once made cannot be charged back, except in cases of fraudulent use, once the investigation is carried out by necessary governmental / Bank authorities and the proof is substantiated. In case any donation receipt is issued against the same, that shall stand canceled, and any income tax benefit so derived shall be null and void.

Please Note: For all donations/payments made through the site, the acceptance of the same is at the sole discretion of the temple management and its trustees. The management reserves its sole right to accept or reject any donation/payment without assigning any reason thereof. Acceptance of Life Patron Membership application is at the sole discretion of Temple management. In case an applicant does not meet the required criteria, or the temple management feels it’s not appropriate to grant the Life Patron Membership, the management reserves the right to reject the application, without assigning any reasons thereof, with full money being refunded to the applicant.

Governing Law, Settlement of Disputes and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising under it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of these Terms of Use or in connection with these Terms of Use may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction in Ghaziabad in India and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/ tribunals.

Typographical Errors

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mistyped or may contain some typographical errors, either by us or by our service providers. ISKCON will not be responsible for any such errors, and any losses arising out of it thereof.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Transactions that are successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed back to ISKCON GHAZIABAD System will be deemed to be a failed transaction. All such transactions are eligible for refund post reconciliation. Such transactions will be refunded in 10-15 working days.
